My counseling approach combines the evidenced-based approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness  with natural, holistic interventions to benefit your whole health; physical and emotional.

My office is comfortable and private, more like a living room than a clinic office. Phone calls are returned the same day.  Most insurances are accepted.  Evening and weekend hours available.
