Now This Worries Me!

There was an article in the Democrat and Chronicle Tuesday August 6 about lab-grown hamburg.  Yep.  Lab-grown hamburg.  We are looking to replace the cow!

There is noble intent here to help feed the world and fight climate change.  I shudder to think what lab-grown hamburger will do to our health.

Thankfully, it doesn’t taste good so it won’t be going viral in the marketplace anytime soon.  But when it does, I wonder about the chance of it being viral to our bodies!
