Body Scan Meditation


Mindfulness meditation is a version of meditation that focuses on awareness of breath,
thoughts, feelings, and body sensations.  The benefits of mindfulness meditation include awareness of self, relaxation, managing depression/anxiety, improving focus, and coping with chronic pain. 

The body scan meditation guides you to shift your focus sequentially through your entire
body. This brings a state of deep relaxation and heightens awareness to what is
going on in the body. The benefits of mindfulness meditation include awareness
of self, relaxation, managing depression/anxiety, improving focus, and coping
with chronic pain.
