Body Scan Meditation

This is an invitation to join me for a second workshop on mindfulness meditation, body scan meditation.
 The body scan meditation guides you to shift your focus sequentially through your entire body. This brings a state of deep relaxation and heightens awareness to what is going on in the body.  The benefits of mindfulness meditation include awareness of self, relaxation, managing depression/anxiety, improving focus, and coping with chronic pain.With the holidays coming, this is a great time to get a little bit of peace and quiet!
