Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

                     

For those new to Mindfulness Meditation, this free two hour session is a perfect introduction.  During these two hours, participants will experience the practice of Mindfulness Meditation and learn how this healthcare intervention helps with health related concerns such as anxiety, depression, and weight concerns.  Participants will learn how thoughts cause our habitual responses to stressors and how to make room for different reactions to the same stressors.

The introduction is a completely free opportunity to experience Mindfulness Meditation and to decide if it will be helpful for you.  Registration is required.
