Mandala Meditation
This is the last of the mindfulness meditation series; mandala meditation.
Mindfulness meditation uses a focus to keep us grounded in the present moment and to be able to let thoughts flow naturally through our minds. In this form of meditation, the focus will be on the drawing or coloring of mandalas.
