Mindfulness Meditation in Daily LIfe
It may be a challenge to find 30-45 minutes to practice meditation. However, during the course of the day there are many opportunities to grab a few minutes here and there. Mindfulness in Daily Life workshop practices a few forms of mindfulness meditation and discusses options throughout the day to grab a few minutes of calm no matter how busy your life.
