Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a version of meditation that focuses on awareness of breath, thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. The benefits of mindfulness meditation include relaxation, managing depression/anxiety, improving focus, and coping with chronic pain. This workshop is an introduction to the practice of mindfulness meditation.
